Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, bright, capable, compassionate and computer-literate person to be an intricate part of our team. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience for patients and this position represents the first impression of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • World-class customer service; greeting patients & answering phones
  • Schedule patient appointments & reminder calls
  • Review all referral paperwork for completeness
  • Data entry into medical billing & proprietary software
  • Verify eligibility & benefits with various insurance companies
  • Work closely with billing staff
  • Create medical charts and filing
  • Receive, sort and distribute faxes
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Process credit card payments
  • Packing & shipping Durable Medical Supplies to patients
  • Support staff with various projects

  • Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience in a medical office environment required
  • Exceptional Customer Service Experience
  • Highly organized; detail oriented, excellent communications (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience in health plan benefits, including Medicare
  • Above average computer skills required
  • Professional and reliable
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment a plus
